Know What You Need?
24/7 Emergency Services
Stabilizing Your Assets
Structural integrity is critical to the safety and longevity of any building. At SGS, we provide expert grouting for structures to ensure your building remains stable and resilient. Our services are specifically designed to strengthen foundation walls— whether constructed from concrete, brick, stone, or concrete masonry units (CMUs). These structures are the backbone of your building, and any weakness can lead to significant damage.
Our expert team applies targeted grouting methods to fill cracks, prevent leaks, and reinforce the overall stability of your foundation walls. Whether you’re dealing with aging infrastructure or preventing future damage, our solutions provide the long-term protection and durability your building needs.

Our Grouting (Structures) Services
Leak Sealing & Investigation
At SGS, our expert technicians thoroughly investigate the source of water intrusion and use tailored sealing methods based on access, foundation material, and structural needs to provide a reliable, long-lasting solution for leak prevention.
Urethane/Epoxy Injection
With expertise in injection grouting, SGS specializes in filling cracks, joints, or voids in concrete and masonry structures. Our team applies urethane or epoxy under pressure, which reinforces structural integrity and prevents water infiltration with long-lasting results.
Conduits/Pipe Penetration Sealing
Sealing conduits and pipe penetrations prevents water, gas, and debris from entering through gaps. SGS uses a mechanical rubber seal to achieve a low-cost, watertight barrier between any electrical conduit, concrete, cast iron, steel, copper, or PVC/CPVC pipes through walls, floors, tanks, and more.
Elevator Pits, Water & Wastewater Tanks, Vaults, & Tunnels
Elevator pit water leaks are often caused by improper installation, damage, or lack of waterproofing materials. At SGS, we handle these larger projects with expertise, typically using injection work to resolve the issue. However, water intrusion can also be effectively addressed by our team through filling CMU walls, curtain grouting, or resealing hydraulic cylinders, ensuring a comprehensive and lasting solution.
Cement Grouting
Our specialists in structural cement grouting inject cement-based grout into the hollow cores of CMU walls, filling voids to enhance the structural integrity of the wall. This process solidifies the wall by bonding with the existing masonry, providing additional strength and stability.
Chemical Grouting
Over time, cracks and voids can develop in foundation walls allowing water to seep in. To stop water intrusion, our technicians inject chemical grout under pressure, which then expands and solidifies, creating a watertight barrier. Depending on the accessibility and condition of the wall, we may drill through the wall or apply the grout directly to seal leaks, ensuring long-lasting protection.
Slip-Line Grouting
Slip-line grouting is necessary to address and prevent further deterioration of aging or damaged pipes without the need for extensive excavation. Our expert grouting technicians insert a smaller carrier pipe into a larger host pipe and grout the space between them. The grout fills the leak in the pipe wall or joint and enters the surrounding soil. As it hardens, it stabilizes the soil and creates a durable, long-lasting seal that reinforces the entire system.
