Scope:

Concrete restoration and epoxy injections

935 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington DC

SGS, in conjunction with J.F. Brinker, performed partial and full-depth concrete repairs to the parking decks. The scope included saw cutting large areas of the slabs, installing shoring and formwork, installing new rebar, and pouring the slab areas back. Additionally, epoxy injections were performed into cracks within the structure.

Scope:

Concrete restoration, concrete strengthening (FRP – Fiber Reinforced Plastic), fireproofing

6401 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland

SGS worked as a subcontractor for Hensel Phelps to perform interior and exterior restoration work at the historic 10-story Arthur J. Altmeyer Building on the Social Security Administration campus in Woodlawn, Maryland. The work included interior and exterior concrete rehabilitation, concrete strengthening with FRP, and fireproofing.
